Refund Policy
Donations
All donations made to the Lago Vista ISD Education Foundation are considered voluntary and charitable contributions.
Refund requests for donations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be granted under limited circumstances, including:

Duplicate transactions

Incorrect donation amounts entered in error

Unauthorized transactions reported by the donor
To request a refund, donors must contact the Foundation within 14 days of the original transaction date.
Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
Event Registrations and Ticket Purchases
Refund eligibility for events, fundraisers, sponsorships, or ticketed activities may vary depending on the nature of the event and costs already incurred.
Unless otherwise stated for a specific event:

Refund requests made at least 7 days prior to the event may be eligible for a full or partial refund.

Refunds may not be available for cancellations made within 7 days of the event date.

If an event is canceled by the Foundation, registered participants may be offered a refund, credit, or transfer option.
Processing Time
Please allow up to 10 business days for approved refunds to be processed.
